I have also worked with several companies as outside general counsel, and have been noted for his exceptional ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and other professional colleagues at all levels of an organization.
A graduate of Boston College Law School and the University of Michigan (go Blue!), I have practiced corporate and transactional law at large, international law firms, first in Denver, Colorado, and then in Boston, MA. I have also presented on corporate and business law topics to attorneys, entrepreneurs, and professionals, and as a recurring guest speaker to MBA students at MIT Sloan School of Management and the University of Colorado-Denver.
